Terms:  Cash or good check with proper ID.  Unknown buyers using company or personal checks need a bank letter of credit guaranteeing their check or will be subject to finger printing.  Everything sold in “as-is” condition.  Buyers Premium:  A standard 10% Buyers Premium to be charged and added to the high bid to determine the total invoice amount.  Removal:  The buyer will responsible for removal of their purchases.  All electrical and water lines to be capped off.  Any roof vent removal the buyer must reseal the roof to the seller’s satisfaction.   Removal will be after the completion of the sale and 3 days after the auction.  Any announcements made sale day takes precedence over all printed material.
